Shennell was extremely thorough and professional with her work when assisting us with a property purchase, which unfortunately fell through in the end by no fault of ourselves as buyers or Shennell.

Our reason for not giving 5 Stars is our feel of a lack of personal touch / customer service. When asking questions, responses were very black and white.... to the point, with most responses stating "Please refer back to email sent on.....". Being first time buyers and new to everything involved in purchasing a property, the feeling of a lack of empathy was not ideal and would've been appreciated. This was only felt once our purchase fell through.
