I have used Pathway mediation quite a few times over the last 3 years regarding child arrangements and i have always found that mediator Ashlie Prescott, delivers a professional and compassionate service.
I would like to commend the way in which Ashlie approached and dealt with our sessions, with a good underlying knowledge of family and financial based issues, so i felt she had a really good understanding of what our issues were and did try her utmost to help us come to some resolve, using compassion, patience and sensitivity, remaining impartial at all times throughout our sessions, in what can be a very emotional arena for some.
Initial booking of sessions was made easy with Amy and Laura who dilligently work to minimise any delays, keeping me right upto date with all relevant information in a timely manner. Thank you all for your patience and time.
Every situation is different for everyone, but i can honestly say that my experience with Ashlie was a positive one.
I would highly recommend Pathway Mediation to anyone that requires help and support with mediation, they do go that extra mile and i personally, would definately use them again.

Extremely unprofessional attitude of the mediator Ashlie. Screaming and shouting and did not even listen to the whole depth and breath of the issue . Highly recommend not to use . Very incompetent Mediator . I wish I could give 0.
