To say this company are unprofessional would be an understatement. Back in August, Paterson Solicitors approached ourselves (Simon Constable's Equine Practice), requesting a letter to be sent supporting a case they were working on. At this time, a £100 charge was agreed from both parties, of which this should have been paid within our invoicing period of 30 days. 60 days later, this balance was still not cleared, and our accounts department began chasing. After several failed attempts at making successful communication, we finally managed to contact the receptionist, whom abruptly brushed us off and advised that the message would be passed on. Another few weeks passed and still no payment, so again we chased. This time, the receptionist was rude and sharp with still no answers to our unpaid invoice. A final attempt to obtain payment was made months after initially agreed, at which we spoke to the manager directly. Despite the failed attempts at making payment, and the lack of communication we had received, unfortunately there was no remorse shown and we were once again, rudely addressed. I would be very cautious using this company after our experience with themselves.

I approached Wayne patterson 2 years ago. In the two years that have followed evidence supports i have endured a complete runaround by the firm. I have paid hundreds of pound, funds for a medical report and found out that the choice of doctor wayne used is an employee of the defendant in the negligence case. When questioned wayne the owner has been most uncooperative and claims this is normal practise for him very concerning.... I explained it is vital an expert witness must be independent which his choice is not. The case is now to progress against pattersons to reclaim monetary losses for the compromised report. Wayne has added and caused further distress and thus now failed to even supply the case file. The legal Ombudsman etc are to investigate alongside court action for recovery of private funds paid to pattersons. What a mess this firm cause. Beware!
