Utterly inept. Have spent the better part of six months trying to pick up the pieces from this firms incompetent handling of a what should have been a very simple leasehold sale. We all suffer at the hand of this country’s archaic system of buying and selling property but this firm takes the biscuit.

I wholeheartedly recommend Parry Law for any conveyancing needs. Michelle and her assistant Lucy were brilliant.

Emails were responded to quickly and they weren’t afraid to pick up the phone.

Their rates are reasonable and we really liked the fixed rate option when buying a home.

In particular, Michelle was extremely helpful with communication around exchange and completion and it took a lot of weight off our minds knowing she had it all in hand.

We will use them again for sure!

I am now dealing with all the mistakes that were made by Stephen Parry on both a commercial land where he created a whole new right to pass over without client consent, and later failed to spot a need for a covenant which I am now having to ask for. Costly mistakes which a senior partner should not make! I wouldn’t trust him with a goldfish let alone contracts of sale!

It took an email CCing in all the partners of this firm to get them to respond to the simplest possible request - to obtain my father's will and to get this firm to sign a deed of renunciation. Exercise extreme caution.
