I am very disappointed with the service provided from your company. I encountered a very unprofessional interaction with one of the colleges who spoke an a very arrogant and rude way. There was no rush to solve my problem and it seemed as if they brushed my case under the carpet. Based on my experiences with the company they do not operate in an organised manner and are all over the place. I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT TO USE THE SERVICES PROVIDED FROM THE COMPANY AS THERE IS NO DUE CARE AND ATTENTION.

Started off with a lovely solicitor who then left without giving me any notice so handed over to another solicitor.. what a waste of my time and money that was. No contact I did all the work. I ended up leaving company all together and getting another solicitor elsewhere. Who I may add had done more in few days than this one ever did in twelve months.
Ide stay well clear if I were you.

Unfortunately my experience with this firm has been very poor. They took 8 months to contact me in regard to my relatives estate of which I was a beneficiary. They conducted a bankruptcy search and returned a result for someone with a different name but still requested I state it was not me. They then "LOST" the recorded reply but only admitted this AFTER I quoted the signers name. It is now 14 months and still the estate is not complete & no explanation given. Extremely concerned about how this has been mis-handled and would definitely NOT recommend them.

Basically I was very unhappy with the service and advice given. When I complained I was completely ignored and finally resorted to the financial ombudsman to help me. Similarly they could not get any response from these solicitors who obviously know how to 'work the system'. The financial ombudsman appears to be hand in glove with solicitors so they are not impartial, and the solicitors know that they are ineffectual so simply don't respond. I would have thought that a total non-response from the solicitors should have indicated their guilt and culpability, but apparently not so. The client is truly on their own. Employ these solicitors at your peril - you have been warned.
