PCM is the worst parking enforcement company I’ve ever dealt with. I received a parking ticket simply for waiting in a car park to pick up a customer — I wasn’t blocking anyone, causing disruption, or parked irresponsibly. The so-called “parking attendant” didn’t even have the decency or professionalism to approach me — instead, they sneakily took a photo from a distance like a coward and sent the ticket in the post days later. Pathetic.
What’s worse is there were other cars not parked in bays at the same time, but of course, they picked and chose who to penalize. Total lack of fairness or consistency. My appeal was instantly rejected, and it was clear they had no interest in hearing reason or showing any common sense. They don’t care about context, logic, or customer service — just about squeezing money out of people with underhanded tactics.
This company is nothing more than a greedy, dishonest operation preying on drivers with shady practices. Completely unethical. Disgraceful customer service, zero accountability, and a ridiculous approach to enforcement.

Horrific company.
Fined for parking in our own space, appealed, received no rejection of appeal. They then contacted a debt collector. Upon contacting PCM they said it was not their problem anymore and hung up. No abusive language used, no raised voices. They just hung up.

I got two tickets two different dates. Worst case is they are not put tickets on my vehicle they just take a picture and send it to me on my home address. I did appeal one time with evidence of pictures. But website is not working properly and got message your appeal is successful submitted without picture. Then i know it’s happening to rejected. I try to call them and explain every situations. But phone operator don’t want to listen. This is my first and very bad experience happened. At least they have to listen what i try to said. And she just cut my calls suddenly. So so disappointing.
I got two tickets outside the royal mail gate. There is not signboard, i ask one of the person he said if it’s no double yellow or no single yellow line you can park. Here is no restriction you can park that’s fine. That’s why i park my van there. Even they put the ticket on my van same time after that i am not park my van next time. But they didn’t put ticket and give me on letter. It’s not perfect.

This company appears to operate a clever scam system. What they have done and are still doing is taken photos of vehicles entering private land. Then if the vehicle exits and renters the premises at a later time is to use only use the entry and exist times. They then state the vehicle was there over the time stated and issue an invoice.
The staff members are aware of this.
It just needs to be exposed so be aware!!

If you're a car park owner, I'd recommend finding a more tech savvy and fair company to manage your car park or residents parking area.
They work half days so you can barely speak to someone. They unfairly fine residents parking in bays that they legally own. They use old fashioned paper permits instead of car registration number (purely to increase chances of fining people).
Yes they call themselves 'cost neutral' but at the expense of being unfair to the people paying the service charges that pay their bills. They are supposed to work for the residents to keep our car park free from unauthorised vehicles, but ultimately they just want to maximise revenue by being difficult.

The demonization and monetization of people parking in their own cars, registered to the same parking bay. I lived in Spain for over 20 years and never seen such flagrant abuse of an outsourced service. People should be marching in the streets because of this disgraceful company and their practices.

if i could give these people 0 stars i would. they pick and choose who they want to give tickets to, slap printed tickets or Send you SURPRISE LETTERS AT HOME!!!! I’ve received 2 letters in the post much to my utter dismay, live in the new private estate, yet constantly receive tickets, waited over 1 hour to speak to someone and they were so UNHELPFUL. I thought the previous one parking solution were worse but NONE OF THESE PRIVATE PARKING COMPANIES ARE ANY BETTER! all i can say is you are parking at your own risk even if its 5 minutes theres no longer grace periods.
