Great experience with Robert howarth at this firm and the girls on the phone are great too .. he made me feel at ease and ensured me at every step of my court case . We also won . I would use this firm again and I do recommend if needing a criminal defense solicitor .

This is terrible company. Please avoid Ian whiteley and Robert Howarth, both total let downs. We regret the day the judge appointed this company to represent my brother in court as they completely let him down. The communication was terrible and they both didn't even show up on the day to represent him after him providing them 7 months of evidence and providing everything ready for the trial. He also went backwards and forwards to Huddersfield to take the evidence. Between them they did absolutely nothing and really just didn't care. Ian whiteley passed the case to Robert Howarth who finally admitted on the last day that he wasn't a defence solicitor! Even when we went back to collect all my brothers paperwork from the solicitors he hid in the back office and handed it to his secretary to give back to us but just by chance we saw him and he had to face my brother and still on that day even admitted that he had still not listened to vital recorded evidence! There's really only one word to describe Ian whiteley and Robert Howarth COWARDS!
