They did ID5 forms for my sale of a property. They charged £99 for each ID5 form (I needed three of them). They were unable to provide any original copies or certified copies of the form which we required by my solicitors and the buyer's solicitors for the purpose of submission to the Land Transfer authorities. As a result, we wasted £99 x 3 = £297 on forms that were not at all useable. They also made an error of not inputting my freeholder's address correctly on one of the forms. In the end, their forms (without the certified copies) were completely useless and we just got a local high street solicitor to do proper ID1 forms for £60 per person nearly the same day. Avoid at all costs.

Did a floating deed of trust for us, which was fine until we paid. Post-pay service has been awful as we needed a copy of the deed for our mortgage renewal, but phoned them 6 or 7 times and no one ever called us back. Even had our "complaint" recorded and was told head of the practice would call us back to resolve, but they didn't bother. Once they have your money they couldn't care less. Wouldn't recommend and would certainly never use again.

Parachute Law is a standout solicitor firm. While I didn't end up using their services, the person I interacted with (Nel) impressed me with their timely responses and genuine efforts to help me with a remortgage issue. They even promptly refunded my initial payment when I opted for a local solicitor, since part of the service required in-person verification and signatures - something I wasn`t intially aware of (they are based far away from my home address). I wouldn't hesitate to consider them in the future.
