An absolutely first class service from start to finish. Julie in showroom made sure we got all we wanted ensuring we saw all choices available to us. Bart came to measure up making suggestions of where our vision could be improved as well as keeping in mind our wishes.
Kept us well informed throughout ordering and time prior to work starting.
Fitting team were first class and to be honest not only great tradesmen but extremely nice and friendly people. Punctual, polite and efficient.
Cleanliness was outstanding and cleaned up after each and everyday prior to starting again next.
Bart was on scene regularly to ensure job was managed and to answer any questions and ensure standards.
Guys went way beyond to help do little bits that to be honest were not part of original ask.
Both my Wife and I were blown away by the result and would definitely use again. Will be my first choice for any future work.

After literally years of half-hearted and unsatisfactory discussion with various bathroom suppliers and fitters, we came across Pandell almost by chance, and have just had them fit a bathroom for us. Bart and Julie patiently took time to agree on the fittings and layout, with recommendations and justifications where we wanted. Bart has much experience from the practical side, while Julie is knowledgeable in sourcing different fittings, with pros and cons. Once settled and a price agreed, installation started within 5 weeks. The fitters were excellent and fast. On the first day there were three in our small bathroom, quickly stripping out the old units. The fitters were endlessly patient with us, ensuring everything, including tile positioning and joins, were to our liking. The whole process took 8 working days, and although there were some teething issues these were all quickly and well sorted. The fitted units were not the cheapest, but the quality of these, made to measure, is excellent.
We are very happy with the result, with no negatives at all, and would recommend Pandell to anyone wanting a start-to-finish bathroom solution.

Working with Pandell bathrooms has been an amazing experience from start to finish. Our en-suite required a total refit and the team took great care in providing potential options, even recommending a better layout to maximise space, that we hadn’t considered. We were invited to the showroom to go through finish options and walk through costs and although we have received quotes from numerous companies in Telford, Pandell were the most cost-effective and provided by far the best customer service.

The refit couldn’t have gone smoother, the team worked lightning fast and left the area clean and tidy every day, having all work completed within a week. We couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom and would enthusiastically recommend Pandell to anyone interested in giving their bathroom a new lease of life.
