If I could, I wouldn't even give Page Nelson 1 star but google won't let me write a review unless I do.

We didn't deal with Page Nelson directly (thankfully) but our buyers did and the entire process was very slow because of Neil Jones and his team. 4 days before completion and no exchange and our buyers were advised to carry out an electrical test which was a very unfair process as didn't give us the opportunity to have a second opinion by our own electrician and left us £2000 short because we were not allowed to exchange until we'd paid for the work to be done in the property we were leaving. A property that is 15 years old. Baring in mind, the property was sold in February, why 4 days before completion was this request made? At the most costly and pressurised time of moving this was an extremely bad move on Page Nelsons behalf. If you have a buyer or seller using Page Nelson be prepared for a slow sales process and last minute demands being made which can cost thousands.

Never ever will I recommend Page Nelson to anyone.

Used them for a sale 4 years ago, and needed a document from them, less than 24 hours had the information and document needed. Just a couple of emails, impressed with the speed.

The solicitor dealing with the sale of the property I wish to buy has failed to supply the necessary legal documents required to allow the sale to proceed. The documents were requested nearly 3 months ago but still have not been provided.

Recently sold our house and needed a conveyancer for the process. Page Nelson were recommended by the estate agents and we had Frances Aitchison working on our behalf. I cannot praise her enough! She was quick efficient and really took away the usual hassle you have when selling your property. Not once did we have to call or chase to find out what was going on as we were kept in the loop with regular emails from both Frances and her Secretary. Moved over from another firm to conduct conveyancing for a deceased estate. A very efficient, supportive and engaging firm of solicitors. Amanda Johnson was a delight to work with and even though we (both executors) live overseas, it all went well and we appreciate the professional and no-nonsense (not stuffy) service. The distance and vagaries therein were not a bother to either party. Absolutely would recommend this firm and Amanda in particular to any prospective clients weighing up who to chose locally. Price point competitive but feeling of value for money infinite!. Go on, give them a go!
