I used these guys for the first time recently. Mum and Dad had died and I found an old VCR recording of dad when he was very young. I haven't had a VCR player for about 15 maybe 20 years. They assured me it will go on a disk and I would have a link to share for people to download it, I had my reservation.
True to their word everything they promised materialised. Great quality as well.
I would highly recommend these guys, I'm sure they do more that what I needed them for. They were polite, professional and true to their word.

Just over 50 years ago, I spent most of one day recording radio communications (plus radio and TV broadcasts) on my dad's reel-to-reel on what turned out to be quite a historic day in Portugal. Unfortunately over the years I lost probably the most interesting tape, and the two remaining ones looked in a pretty bad state, and I had no idea whether anything would be retrievable. Thought I'd give it a try.
I was really amazed and surprised at the quality and thoroughness of the recording, which made me recall everything I witnessed on that day long ago as a teenager. I am sure it was not a straightforward job given the layers of muck but everything happened as per initial description in terms of timing and process. Very very happy and would thoroughly recommend.

I was doubtful that a poor condition amateur-made shellac 78 from1954 could be digitised to give a great sense of time, place and memory of my grandparents signing and playing the piano together.
