Fantastic bank, I had a personal account and subsequently opened several business accounts.

Ok until closure of a notice account. Refunded my original deposit, but not any interest! Ignored my message regarding this, and after three subsequent telecons to Oxbury, and filing a complaint- still no interest of hundreds of UKP paid out after 12 days! Unacceptable and now having to take legal advice.

I opened an 6-month bond account 6 months ago - no problems either with the original account, or with transferring to a new bond once the original one expired. Nice app too.

Don't bother! Setting up an account with them is like pulling teeth. I was setting up an account using power of attorney and they were totally unable to cope despite multiple emails and phone calls. They kept insisting that there were two attorneys and wouldn't read the document to confirm that there weren't. Now they have not provided log in details and they have set up the account with a wrong address so I cannot pass security to speak to them on the phone. Stuck in an endless loop of not being able to access my account. Thank god I didn't transfer any money in.

Signed-up for 1 of their savings accounts. All straightforward, works and my investment is in. One does need 2 devices and when I login to my account on the website the website I need 2 devices.

Chose this account as excellent rate 4.72% recommended by Martin Lewis money saving expert
However this rate very quickly went down and down and isn’t competitive at all now at 4.35%
Went to move my money on a Saturday morning and told it’s not a working day !!!!! So they won’t let me access MY money as it’s a weekend …….. absolutely fuming 😤 closing the account ASAP
