As a genuine reviewer, I want to share my experience with this OWEN & NASH SOLICITORS FIRM to inform others who might be considering their services. I was on conditional bail due to false allegations, and the charges were dropped two months prior. Despite this, I received a voicemail from the firm attempting to contact me. They reached out without confirming whether I was still on bail, which was quite concerning. When I tried to return their call, they didn’t have the correct information about my case and did not provide a clear explanation. It was only after I expressed my concerns that they acknowledged their mistake. This lack of communication and basic verification was very frustrating. I highly advise anyone seeking legal representation to thoroughly review feedback and complaints before choosing a solicitor. Based on my experience, I would personally recommend looking elsewhere.

DO NOT USE........worst solicitors in the world duty told me they had nothing on me. Second scolistor bit of an attitude IVE PAID FOR MY EDDICATION...type of lad told me to plead guilty. now 12 months in suddenly there's CCTV footage.....where did this come from... After all what ever I say may be used in evidence how about them it is a 2 way street I don't appreciate being spoke down to by any one including a jumped up lad who's only in it for the money. I'm now gonna represent my self they have even refused to give me my paper work with under the data protection I am entitled to. Should the CCTV not have been shown me from the start or in my police interview. I've asked this all along. The receptionist then had the ordained attitude that because I was requesting to see zed footage to tell me I was being aggressive. I was on the phone it's not like she was in any danger I will be turning up to the office tomorrow to get all of my paper work witch I'm entitled to just a bad experience from the get go worst company in the world then to ask me who I thought I was. I'm the customer you do as I say that's what your paid for........ No idea what so ever worst experience in the world I could say more let's leave it at that........ Don't take me for a fool..... They make up the rules as they go along........ AVOID AT ALL COSTS
