We recently had Matthew to do a level 2 home survey and so glad we did. We knew the property we were purchasing needed work but our survey which was carried out promptly and efficiently brought up many issues so much so we pulled out of buying the property.
Also quite a bit cheaper than other quotes we had.
When we find another property we will have no hesitation in booking Matthew again.

Matthew made a superb first impression by responding to an online quote survey very quickly, being very approachable over the phone and putting us at ease straight away. His price was also very competitive.
Considering the current circumstances, Matthew assured as of stringent health and safety protocols and followed these through. Our vendors were also very happy with the service provided on this.
Matthew's communication was excellent throughout our interactions, including a detailed run down over the phone on the day of the inspection. The report followed very promptly (within 2 days as promised) and was very detailed including pictures relating to points highlighted within it.

I booked in a Level 2 Home Survey in August with Matthew. He picked up my query within 24 hours and completed the survey within the week. The report was sent over to me after 5 working days. The survey was very indepth and clear to understand. Service from Matthew was fabulous and I am using them again! Would highly recommend!

Of all of the quotes I had received from local surveyors I found Matthew to provide the quickest quote. The quote was provided without any of the nonsense recieved from other local businesses, (some pushing additional products and others refusing to send an email quotation).

Matthew sent a quote and asked me to confirm some things prior to instruction. Once confirmed, my survey was booked in, in a timely manner. Within a week I have recieved my level 2 survey.

The survey is easy to follow and outlines any concerns with great detail.

Arranging the homebuyers report was quick and easy and Matthew provided the quickest turnaround of any surveyors that I had requested quotes from.
