This company was recommended by our conveyancer. Thinking about one's will necessarily means thinking about death, which is hardly a merry and pleasant subject. My husband and I were not looking forward to the process. However, I can honestly say that Phil Izzard made it all very easy and simple and - yes - even cheerful. He listened carefully to our explanations and concerns. Everything was explained in a simple way. There was no pushing, nothing dodgy or underhand. My wife and myself wrote our wills via a video link with Phil due to the distance between us. He made us feel relaxed and explained everything, with some good professional advice. Doing this in the comfort of our home made a big difference and we are considering doing Lasting Power of Attorney sometime in the new year.

Writing a will was something we had talked about, and we kept putting off. We were recommended Phil by a friend and contacted him. He came to our house,he was very friendly and really helpful, discussing all our options. He then went away, and the draft was sent to us for checking. My wife and I received excellent service from Online Wills and Probate. Phil Izzard was happy to visit our home at our convenience. Phil was able to turn pages of jumbled wishes into legible wills without problem. Happy with our Wills, we then went to Lasting Power Of Attorneys, ( which we would never have attempted solo ) of which we required 2 each. Online Wills and Probate were able to reduce the paperwork to a bare minimum. Everything that required our attention was highlighted and all applicable signature boxes were arrowed. All the legwork was done by Online Wills and Probate, with us being kept fully advised of progress throughout. Of particular deserved mention is Chelsea Wakefield, always one step ahead, so we never had to contact, chase or enquire. Both Phil and Chelsea are able to strip written legalise and explain in plain english. We now have our Wills & LPA's so it's a job very well done. Many thanks to Phil and Chelsea.
