Unfortunately, my experience with One Stop Legal Solution Ltd and Royce Legal Ltd has been extremely unpleasant and frustrating. The lack of communication regarding my personal injury claim and the excessive delays I have endured are beyond comprehension. The company was recommended to me, and after reading the reviews, I expected a professional and efficient service. Sadly, this has not been the case.

Henna Amer, the former director of One Stop Legal Solution Ltd, resigned on 15 August 2023, yet continued to correspond with me without disclosing her prior role.
Danyaal Jan, who remains an active director (appointed on 1 September 2022), consistently ignores enquiries and refuses to engage in any meaningful communication.
Inaccessibility & Lack of Transparency

The company’s website is inactive, and contact numbers are no longer operational, making it nearly impossible for clients to obtain updates.

Henna dealt with my case from start to finish and I couldn’t fault her. My case got resolved relatively quickly considering we are in a pandemic!
