I live in Bromsgrove and have a small portfolio of rental properties. Nick at One Floor is my go-to person for whenever I need carpet advice. He is so helpful and knowledgeable as well as being an all round nice person.

He has offered advice on what type of carpet is best for a particular area - whether it need be hardwearing, for example, what type of underlay to use and also what not to spend money on because it won't work effectively.

Nick gives me information as to what's on-trend, so I can create a more modern feel. For example, I asked his advice on a stair runner. He showed me some pictures and suggested a black tape edging. I really liked this, so went ahead with this suggestion (see photo).

He recently found a match for a carpet in a rental property where we only wanted to re-do one room that had water damage and not the whole house. The tenants were delighted with how well the new carpet matched.

Nick is a breath of fresh air - he listens to what I want to do and within what timescale and then makes it happen. I am very happy to recommend him and his business.

Nick is very professional friendly and talked us through the process (it was our first time buying carpet for a new home we're renovating).

The showroom is very well laid out and has a great choice of carpet to chose from. We got our carpet installed just over a week after visiting the showroom and we're really happy with it.

First time using One Floor recommendation from my sister in law, we weren’t disappointed.
Great communication fair prices & quick and efficient service.
Nick offers great customer support & his knowledge of suitable carpets for our requirements were second to non.
I highly recommend this guy, having been with our original supplier for over 18yrs, I was pleasantly surprised & will definitely use One Floor in Aston Fields in the future. He stocked & refitted two bedroom carpets for us & Ian the fitter was equally as amenable & very tidy !!
