Amazing service I was looking to get a statuary declaration signed with very short timeframes, phoned at 10am spoke to a very kind receptionist, was told what to bring in and to come in at any time before they close. 20 minutes later I walked in and I was seen immediately by Russell who was very kind and he got all signed and done in a matter of minutes, I couldn’t be happier with how fast and smooth all went and how kind both the solicitor and the receptionist were.

We purchased a flat using the services of Michael Twum-Barima. We had four false-starts with our purchase and through Michael's excellent advice, we avoided getting trapped in some complex situations 'hidden' in the small print of the lease, including doubling ground rent and parts of a flat not included in the lease (despite the estate agents description).
Michael was always helpful and quick to respond, either by email or phone and was very pleasant to deal with. We would certainly use his services again and would recommend him highly to others.

I contacted the firm to discuss about a council possession housing issue and I got transferred to a man who wouldn’t want to listen to me and was extremely rude on the phone. Very unprofessional and dismissive. Please avoid contacting this firm by any means. I wish I read other reviews before I made a call.

We approached Michael Twum-Barima at Oliver Fisher to sell our house after 2 other solicitors couldn’t navigate the complexities of the sale by 1 owner and 3 LPAs who were representing a family member with dementia.
There were many challenging & complex legal issues involved with this sale along with estate agents who were not capable, however Michael was very calm and positive on our first meeting.
His exact words were “I am going to get to the bottom of this”. He responded to emails and phone calls immediately, he offered professional advice, and also recommended a capable estate agent who marketed and completed the sale.
Michael is very approachable, but maintains a professional demeanour.
I have engaged him for my next purchase and would highly recommend him.
