I initially reached out to Elliot Green of Oliver Elliot when I found myself in the unlucky position of being a creditor of a dishonest company going into voluntary liquidation.

As someone who had never been in this position before, I contacted no less than 15 solicitors and professional liquidators to understand what my next steps should be.
