If I could I would give no stars. I agree with the comments. I have been ignored by social services. No explanation as to what is going on. They blackmail you. They think they can comment on someone mental health when they are not trained professional. They have made my life he'll. I also wonder how many people have attempted suicide due to the stress of social services

My family was ripped apart by social services, without a reason, and based on lies SS have created. Staff is not concerned about family well being as they claim, but create lies to get what they want. I will find a way to file a formal complain against them and how they work. There is no support or understanding provided on their part. They listen to you but do not HEAR what you are saying. On top of that they twist your words and place their own interpretation of it. I strongly agree with previous post, they all need training, to defrenciate between families in need of assistance and families that don't need them in their life's.

I can give nothing but thanks to Adult Social Services for the help they have given to our family today. A special thanks to Derek Iddison on the Duty Team who is a delightful man and made today much easier than it might have been. Thank you so much.

Heartbreaking I have been stopped from seeing my grandson Colleen the social worker never seen me never went to see my daughter but did a report about me saying I was nasty all because I told my grandson who was ,10 years old to be quite at ,1am now I been made to be a monster and if you lucky enough to have a aunty who a social worker well that even better because they got the power to go to the school with the nephew and stop you from picking your child up when there is no court order these two social worker never one asked my daughter questions or been to her house just listening to the nephew of the social worker my grandson father aunty who a social worker stop my daughter from picking the boy up his aunt's a social worker and I have complained but get sweepedunder the carpet

Can't stress how much this service breaks apart families and ruins relationships and I'm sure if a survey was to ask what people thought about them alot of people would say the same stay clear and have minimal contact because the service is appalling and does more bad than good for people
