Most useless idiotic council ever. Council tax increases every year yet services never get better (but get worse). They blame government cuts but I say if they can afford to spend millions of pounds on Manchester Airport and spend thousands on holidays to the south of France. They just waste money and neglect vital services. That has got them this £14 million shortfall in the education budget. They are useless yet the left wing local paper (Manchester Evening News) won't touch them because it is a Labour council. They should all be kicked off the council as they have proved themselves useless.

Looks absolutely dreadful. I live in Failsworth so come under OMBC what an absolute disgrace of a building. DREADFUL
