We would highly recommend the service provided by the legal team. Their castings are very reasonable but more importantly they are super supportive and positive.

We had a great experience with Ocean Property Lawyers in 2023. They do convenancing for all properties, not just those sold by their estate agent. The price was competitive and good value for the service we received.
Our solicitor was Karen who was fantastic from start to finish. She went out of her way to ensure the process went smoothly, in spite of a major blunder by our mortgage advisor. I think it's safe to say we wouldn't have managed to complete on time without her support.
The assistant team were also responsive throughout (special shout out to Emily) and it was always easy to get hold of someone with any questions.

I have used Ocean Property Lawyers twice. Once when I purchased an investment property in 2016 and again when I have sold it in 2023. During the sale solicitors in the Portishead branch , Karen and her assistant Claire were very helpful. If I raised a query I would get a reply the same day which was very reassuring during a stressful process. At the end Karen and Claire helped me get the sale over the line on 31st March- a deadline I needed to meet. I would definitely recommend Ocean property lawyers for their knowledge and professionalism and great customer service.
