I highly recommend Oakfield Chartered Surveyors. From first enquiry to completed survey, everyone I communicated with was super efficient, friendly and professional. The level of service I received well exceeded that of services provided by other firms for the same survey I required. I am very happy to recommend Oakfield Chartered Surveyors. Nick Bridger provided a very clear and easily understood survey in a prompt timescale. He was very helpful discussing the points needing attention and was happy to return to the property to follow up on a couple of items that he had been unable to view on his initial visit.

We are still in the process of purchasing a house that was built in 1902 and decided to spend the money on a full survey. Nicks comms were brilliant from start to finish. We even got feedback from the owners to say how professional he was, the descriptions along with pictures from all over the house have proved to be invaluable. Fortunately for us the existing owners have taken all of the feedback onboard and agreed to put it right. The knowledge shared from Nick also showed that he really knew what he was talking about.
Hopefully our purchase will go through soon. As and when we need to use another surveyor we would not hesitate to use Nick and his company again. A great service.

Jo was very helpful and quick to respond to my emails initially. Nick then carried out a Level 2 survey and provided a thorough report, then talked through all of my questions over the phone. The whole process was easy (and reasonably priced) and I would definitely use this company again in future.

Highly recommend using Oakfield when needing a Survey. Jo was really helpful and friendly on the phone and over email. From the highly detailed report that Nick provided you can see that he was very thorough when at the property and was more than happy to run through the report with you if needed. Nick Bridger I can highly recommend, our valuation was done very quickly and the report was back on the same day which helped us market our property really quickly and secure a sale to buy our dream home. If needed in the future I would certainly use again and recommend.
