I completed a 2-day training on NVC with Daren De Witt in Feb 2018. I thought the training was very practical and extremely useful. It was not particularly easy to get into the details of the NVC process, but Daren was able to make it happen for everybody in the group. The participants were successfully encouraged and shared their stories and experiences. I especially enjoyed practical exercises carried out in pairs, groups of three or six. I wish the training was longer, perhaps 3 or 4 days - it was that good. I highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you, Daren! Rafał

Daren’s two-day NVC Foundation Training was helpful for me, with the focus on practical application of the material you find in Marshall Rosenberg’s books and videos. Before the course I was more focused on the ‘methodology’ of NVC, but Daren draws attention equally to the ethos of the NVC approach, which is arguably more important. He is an excellent facilitator, someone who is committed to NVC but also self-deprecating and non-dogmatic with a sense of humour. It is also worth mentioning that NVC seems to attract an interesting range of people, and much of the value of the course came from the inputs of the other delegates. I recommend this workshop to anyone who is exploring NVC.

I have just had an excellent and truly eye-opening two days at Daren's NVC Foundation Training. For years, my job has required effective communication and conflict-resolution, so I surprised myself how much I learned over the course. I especially enjoyed the fine balance between theory and practice, and I am looking forward to use NVC conflict resolution strategies in my personal and professional life. Daren's NVC foundation training is a phenomenal workshop to be highly reccomended. The pacing of the two days weaves a strong core understanding of NVC in such a way that puts the ideas introduced immediately into practice. I was delighted to leave the session with the support of contacts and forums to immediately build on what I had just learned. Daren is a wonderful teacher and facilitator leading with down to earth directness, humour and sensitivity. I feel empowered because of this class.

Really worthwhile skill to learn and Darren's crystal clear guidance was skilfully delivered throughout the 2-day training I attended. Anyone wishing to deepen their communication skills and I improve the quality of their relationships in general would be well advised to attend Darren's NVC Fundementals Training Course. Darren clearly speaks from many years of dedicated practice and trained with the technique's originator, so I would imagine you would be hard-pressed to find a more direct way to learn the technique, particularly London. As well as extensive practical sessions, the handouts received for home study were in-depth and very skilfully put together. The other members of the course I attended were friendly and all in good spirits throughout the weekend. I heartily recommend giving this a try, and learning about NVC in general, as there is much material available on YouTube with which you can prepare for the course, if you wish to really get as much as possible out of a weekends learning - though this is not necessary. Again, the course was well managed and facilitated and would recommend to anyone interested in he subject.

Daren is an engaging, entertaining and highly experienced (18 years!) NVC practitioner. I've been on two weekend trainings with him and, as well as thoroughly enjoying the learning process, I have also seen real benefits in my own communication and connection with myself and others as a result. I took part in the NVC Foundations Training some months back and I wanted to say that it really helped deepen the lessons I had taken from books about the topic. Before the course, it sounded like a lovely theory, but I found myself struggling to find the confidence to apply it. Taking part in the workshop helped me find courage to occasionally apply some of the listening and feedback techniques learned in the workshop and especially to stay in the mindset. I remember Daren as a calm and professional facilitator and good teacher and I can recommend his courses!
