Excellent service in every way; a fast response to my initial enquiry offering me a face-to-face appointment within a week. Expert advice from Charlie, a friendly, patient and sympathetic advisor. He said he’d look into the legal aspect of my case and within a day or two he’d emailed me a detailed report advising me on my position and how best to proceed. He also assured me that if I didn’t get a result, I was welcome to return to Nucleus where my case was now on file and they would offer further help.

Thank G-d for advice centres like Nucleus - when so many others have closed due to lack of funds this place is a real lifeline. Thank you Charlie and thank you Nucleus

They only like to help some people not all people, and I was born here and lived here all my life. A little too selective as I could have done with the help as I can not afford to on my own. They did help before when my brother was involved, but not on my own. Did forget to tell me about the rent tribunal that time to. Some of there staff are very polite, and nice but do not do the job that is needed, just put you to the wayside.

Charlie Young clarified my options as a Statutory Tenant. Friendly, but objective, advice from a Housing expert brought into focus the implications of taking this matter further.
