Had my mot done back in July last year and they passed with it an advisory that I needed to fix my drivers side drive shaft joint. I then went back 1 week later and had that fixed (or so I thought) and paid, when I got the invoice they had put a different name down and told me it was fine, went to a different garage 6 months later to have my car checked for something else and the man told me that my drive shaft joint on the drivers side was broken and leaking oil onto my breaks I then told him I had it fixed with NPC commercial garage and he told me that was impossible as they don’t break in less than a year and with how little mileage I do. I then went to another garage to have a second opinion and they said the same.
So not only did they lie to me and told me they fixed it but they also charged me for it even tho they didn’t change it and also let me drive around with something broken in my car that then turned into something more dangerous and serious.
Really don’t recommend them. 👎🏻

Efficiently run mot and repairs garage.
For those unexpected things that go wrong with your car? I wouldn't go anywhere else, for getting you back on the road as quickly as they can and with a good honest pricing ethic. Great to have them to call and fall back on when needed

Bought a car from another dealership who used this place for MOT. They passed the MOT with no advisories, which means all the advisories off the previous MOT must have been repaired. Howrver took the car to a garage and the exhaust bracket was snapped, the disc pads were worn front and back and a tyre was all cracked. Baring in mind the MOT was done 2 days before I received the car... absolutely shocking they would pass this and let someone drive in it.

I took my van that I'm converting for MOT as class 4 these guys don't mess about top chaps.. then another van and the wheel fell off they fixed it and got MOT ready real quick I thought it was a goner tbh. Glad I found them keep up the good work.
