This company at chineham point sent a letter to my mum's regarding a bathroom upgrade, I called one of the numbers provided, no answer or call back, I tried the next day, Holly Davies said she would call me back and didn't so a week later I called again on the other number provided and surprise Ann_marie didn't answer and no call back. I'm assuming they don't want to do it. So unprofessional i actually don't want her having it done by them based on my experience just trying to speak to someone and these reviews 🤔 I will now contact the council and tell them they won't answer to arrange this.

Absolute waste of time. Subcontracted to fix my elderly and vulnerable mother’s window (in sheltered housing) a couple of months back. Some bloke came and waited 30 seconds at the door before leaving and calling saying as he has left the building he can’t come back.
I took half a day off of work today to sit in the flat for the same job while my mother went to eat etc. and no one came. No calls, no apology, nothing.

Worse company to have. Absolutely no idea on what they are doing. Destroyed my water boiler timer, they have employed youngsters to do the work they can't do. Have taken over 7 months to do work that actually takes less than three. Don't use this company ever. Scaffolding they also employ are actually worse.

Fresh update 10th Jan 2024. Still the same unprofessional service. The aggressive door knocking has restarted. Still damaging tenants properties. Refuse to show ID. no boots covered a really poor attitude to vulnerable people. No jobs completed everthing takes 4 visits at least. Fail to attend appointments.People forced to live in damp freezing conditions. Filthy corridors fire doors left jammed open.

Was out shopping in Wokingham today and the way I witnessed one of their employees speaking to a member of staff in Aldi was utterly appalling. Swearing and cursing at a lad no older than 17 just because he advised the man that parking wasn’t free, awful. Hats off to their genius employee for speaking to someone like that in branded uniform 👏🏻

Absolutely disgusted with their service. Out of 5 appointments they have attended once & not completed the job satisfactorily. They do not appear to care whether they turn up or not or check they appointment time to ensure you are home. I would not choose to use this company.

Excellent company i live on a keyworker site and they have been fitting new shower cubicles to the flats on site , In my situation i'm a vulnerable person the management were very kind and understanding of my situation and the staff too , they have completed the work very fast and to a very high standard , I would recommend this company to anyone who requires work in their property many thanks for your help.
