Absolutely excellent service all round from this company. I used them when selling my house. My house was in Liverpool but this made no difference, they were efficient, kept me up to date and the whole process from start to finish took 11 weeks. (even with delays caused by the buyer signing as he was away in the forces). I would highly recommend.

Absolutely dreadfull, the seller of my house used them, dragged there feet whenever they could, I had to inform the seller of delays and the reasons, as they didn't contact them. Seller was in and out of the office weekly chasing for updates. Took 5 months to complete on an vacant property, which left me and my son homeless for 2 months, leaving on friends and family's settees. Even had issue days before completion. Would never recommend.
