Highly satisfied. Very knowledgeable and professional team. Intallation engineers Damian and Joe were excellent, efficient and very quick. Well worth the wait as demand for their services is high. Great service provided by Northants Refrigeration. Justin visited and provided the most competitive quote out of the 3 vendors we asked. Kelly kindly organised all the details our business required before we could proceed with the installs. Simon and team expertly installed 5 units, and 2 new condensers across our offices. Not only working around I.T equipment but staff as well. They liaised with our electrician on exactly what was required so I didn't have to worry about that. All the team were happy to answer any questions I had during install. Look forward to working with Northants Refrigeration in to the future with servicing for our units.

I called Damian this morning after someone else had serviced my domestic units about 4 weeks ago and failed to spot bodged condensation hose connections on 2 distribution units in the loft - 1 of which failed Monday night, resulting in water damage to the bedroom ceiling and wall. Damian actually arrived on site less than 30 minutes after I called and replaced the faulty parts with correct fittings he had with him. Brilliant service, advice and workmanship. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

Great installation today of our aircon unit by Simon and Toby. They were very polite and left our home clean and tidy. The unit works a treat and is very neatly finished with the trunking inside and out. The company had been recommended by a friend and I would definitely pass on the recommendation. Thanks guys.

Brilliant.
A very prompt efficient and polite service from start to finish. Installers Jamie and Tom were great and serviced an existing Aircon unit as well as installing a new unit. Operation of the unit fully explained and communications at all stages excellent. A big thank you to everyone. We will certainly be calling on your services again.
