I desperately need help for my daughter who has virtually lost all her short time memory through alcohol so cannot answer most questions asked of her. It needs a face to face help with her and myself but this cannot be done. Anything on the phone needs her verification she can barely do that where is the help?

They have been really helpful so far for us, have even told us we can come back if we need any further help with paperwork. Only waited about 30 minutes for a drop in appointment. Highly recommended.

I went here for pension advice I have to say the chap was very knowledgeable and very helpful made the appointment through pension wise is an excellent service I can't complain it all

When you phone this no it cuts off immediately. You carnt get in touch with North Shields citizens advice unless you go to them . This is not very professional,even if you live in North Tyneside,so you carnt phone them ,you have to go and speak in person.
