John, the barrister, and Jaynie, the office admin, were always accessable and are easily approchable-it was a huge pleasure to work with them. John, the barrister, defended brilliantly my partner in the Court. He won the case but I am sure it was due to his skills and knowledge not sure how the case would end up when someone else would take the case. Highly recommend NE Barrister Chambers!!!

Child Arrangements Order

Dr John Brown represented me for my final hearing in a child arrangement order. Throughout my experience, John has put me at ease and made the whole process easier with his advice. He speaks in a clear manner so that you have a good understanding. Throughout my proceedings my ex-partner has been nothing but disruptive in me seeing my child and trying to prevent any kind of access. John stopped this from happening in court and i am forever grateful. I left court that day with the child arrangements i wanted and then more contact on top. John was invaluable in helping us through a difficult time. After fostering a boy for more than 8 years we were eager to adopt this boy, the case was complicated as it spread across multiple local authorities & shared parental responsibility. John took charge & walked us through the process and made it easy. He answered our questions, no matter how trivial (even on the weekend), and he took time out of his day to conduct visits at our home, rather than making us come to the office which really helped reduce the stress.
