Didn't go to this place recently but when I did they were highly helpful. It didn't cost me any thing and saved me money. Go if you are in trouble. I went to Slimming World which is in the same building and after a year I am 3st 7lbs lighter. So if your fat like I was try it!

Not very helpful. I had more knowledge regarding the issue we went to see them about. The chap tried to make out he knew bits but truthfully, he didn't.

Waiting area is small,vstaff member unhelpful to many people coming in for help and out many of them off from waiting telling them it was a long wait or limited staffing..but this may have been true..but the way in which it was said was rude and impatient. Lack of staff and volunteers.ages to wait, uncomfortable waiting area.

Unfortunately this place is a relic, unless you have a problem that fits neatly into their wheelhouse of expertise then you are better off with Google as it is all they will do for you anyway.
