Natalie was supportive and sympathetic in our initial interview
However, letters were sent out with incorrect information and grammatical errors. My ex did not respond to their communications and they failed to act on this. I was being charged for chasing them to take further action.
Having spent thousands for a couple of letters but being no further forward in my case, I decided to discontinue their services. Do not be influenced by reviews that are posted after a single meeting.

I recently contacted Njp solicitors and spoke with a lovely lady called Natlalie. I needed to try and sort my divorce and mortgage with my ex partner. I'd had the feeling of being "lost and confused" for a while and didn't really know how to start the ball rolling. I was a little nervous, but Natalie made me feel at ease. She answered all my questions in a professional manner but in a way that I could fully understand. She also gave me lots of very useful information, so I felt I could start the ball rolling and realised it wasn't as daunting as I first thought. After almost two years, of listening to excuses for missed deadlines, failure to comply with Court Orders, allowing oppositions solicitors to delay proceedingswithout seeking recourse through the Courts; entrusting unqualified assistants to communicate directly with the Court & opposition solicitors and submitting unsupported invoices for work, either double booked or not undertaken at all, my bank balance diminished to the tune of £25,500, with the case no nearer a resolution than it was when I engaged them!
The ironic quote below is taken directly from NJP Solicitors web page and I urge any vulnerable person, to consider it carefully before employing this company to represent them in divorce or any proceedings relating to family law:
“YOU CAN’T AFFORD TO GET THIS WRONG, DON’T RISK YOUR FUTURE SECURITY AND HAPPINESS ON POOR LEGAL REPRESENTATION”!

From the initial phone call with Natalie i was filled with confidence, I then arranged to meet with her face to face for an appointment to discuss my case. She was amazing explaining every step and what that consists of, clearly outlined a brief plan of action and what she will do for me.
