I was having planning issues with my Local Authority in Greater London for the past 7 years for my first development. Professional after professional and no positive impact. Finally met Owen from Nimble Planning and Development in Oct 2022 after another unsuccessful attempt of getting my project approved earlier this year.

Owen was very professional from the start with the scope of the work and was willing to spend time getting down to the history of the project. After discussing the scope and understanding the history, he came back to me clearly with an action plan as I was advised wrongly previously, so much so I was applying under the wrong application, his fees was upfront with no hidden charges which was reasonable, you pay for what you get.

I engaged Owen for the assignment and with information back and forth even as late as 2am we managed to submit the application within a couple of days.

He was so confident, Owen would be the one updating me with the progress as I had given up hope of getting this approval after the numerous attempts before.

Finally, today Owen send me the good news of the approval, a great relief after many years of trying and lots of money wasted through being misinformed.
