I called to explain my issue. I could not even place a word as I was constantly cut off. Then the male solicitor I was talking to actually said to me OH GOSH (in an annoying way) after I was telling him that there was a technicality issue on the letter I received. I deal with solicitors on a daily basis with my job. I never spoke to such rude one! All clients or potential clients should be treated the same!
