Mr Nichols carried out the second survey of a building I was connected with recently and I chose him again because we were very pleased with his very competent, detailed and lucid work on a previous property that was bought by a relative of my brother-in-law. He explains things in a such a way that a layperson with little knowledge of building issues can understand the key points. His understanding of said historic building issues and their relationship to current building regulations is first class. Mr Nichols is considerate, punctual, personable and an excellent communicator who is always very prompt in his work. I cannot recommend him too highly if you need a building survey of a property you are buying in the local Kent area.

Nichols surveying was recommended to me by my local estate agent. The first thing that stood out was Andrew's responsiveness to my initial enquiry. Survey options were clear and easy to understand; especially for someone like myself who hasn't been through the process before. The report was received next working day after inspection. It was detailed and clear and Andrew kindly gave a verbal explanation of some of the points of concern regarding the property.

Nicholas Surveying were recommended to me by the estate agents and they were great. Andrew Nicholls was responsive to all engagement queries and was very professional. We asked for the survey to completed with full building report and it was delivered to a very high standard and very efficiently. We were notified that the survey had been booked in and three days later the report appeared in our inbox. We also followed up on some technicality regarding the report, and Andrew explained these to us on the phone outside of normal working hours. He also assisted us in lender queries too. I would highly recommend Andrew, and would definitely use them again.
