We use NetSec to manage our company internet lines and for technical support related to it. I can't fault any of the advice, support, and work carried out by them - and would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone.

We were experiencing a number of issues with our old line, and were just looking to find experts who could supply a full end to end solution and resolve all the issues - NetSec did exactly that. They advised the best options for us, supplied all the hardware, carried out the installation, and have been fantastic with their follow up support too.

One minor teething issue after the initial installation was resolved remotely within minutes of it being reported to them. Now our line is better than it has ever been.

A cautionary note, NetSec presents itself as a major corporate IT firm, but in reality, it’s a husband-and-wife operation, with him handling the work. Securing projects via recruitment agencies, he functions more as a contractor than a true business.

I was called in to rectify issues he left behind. His technical skills are subpar, alternatives exist in Cardiff, and his ethics are very questionable.
