Joana, I couldn’t thank you enough for everything you done for my case. From the moment of being arrested by the time I arrived at custody you was already there waiting. You stuck by me every step of the way and took every detail down, you kept me updated on every update while on bail and reassured me every step of the way and I couldn’t be more thankful for that because again you understood my anxiety and did everything to help in anyway possible. Because of you fighting my corner for my innocence the way you did, the case was dropped and no further action was taken. You didn’t only take away the hardest time of my life but the hardest time of my life mentally too, I had never been in the mind frame I was during that time but you made it so much easier to cope and having a new born I was so scared I would lose the most important time with my son growing up but because of you I am so thankful I was able to come home on bail to my boy and partner & then the cloud above my head disappeared when you called me full of joy yourself telling me the amazing news that the case had been discontinued, You was as happy as me. ?

The judicial process for some traffic offences appears to be a revenue generating exercise by the police.
