I experienced excellent service from Nellie's Support. I do not know why this company for assessing people's capacity is not more widely advertised. I spent hours calling the local council, memory services, age concern etc and the only recommendations I got were to private psychiatrists that would have cost hundreds of pounds.
Nellies answered their phone quickly, made an appointment within a very reasonable time frame and sent an excellent sympathetic and trained person. A very satisfying experience and a very efficient company. Thank you

We came across Nellie Support via Google, as we needed advice on the execution of a lasting power of attorney (LPA). Our first interaction was with Ben who connected us with a solicitor Hannah Turner of Gateley Legal. Ben also appointed Mandy Davies of Nellie Support. Hannah arranged a visit to access and advise all legal matters regarding LPA and to speak directly with the donor.

Mandy Davies handled the LPA Assessment and executed the whole process to completion with total professionalism. Our next steps were to take out a care package with Nellie Support, with Mandy handling all that is required within the scope of the package.

The whole experience with Nellie Support has been above our expectations, we are extremely happy with all involved and especially Mandy who has without question, gone above and beyond to help us at this difficult time.

We would highly recommend Nellie Support to anyone that requires help and execution of these matters.

Needed to get a PA14 form for our mum. Some companies doing this only offered an online assessment, this wouldn't have worked for our mum. Nellie Supports offered a face to face assessment and Debbie who carried it our was lovely with mum. Highly recommended.
