Very disappointed with Neil and his team. Having paid Neil Davies and Partners in the region of £30K to defend a claim they didn't submit a Defence in the required time frame and we have now been disbarred from defending our claim. Neil wrote to me confirming the issue and that he would no longer be able to act due to professional conduct reasons. However, this doesn't help me in my hearing in August which could result in me losing my house. Thanks Neil and team.
