Really bad communication when trying to take a case to court back in June after seeking employment law advice acted like they could help me at first then they don’t even call you back or return messages! Have recently tried again and phone either cuts off or is on answer machine! Terrible!

In response to the comment left you should probably TELL clients that you don’t think they have a case rather than not return calls as promised - and update the correct contact details for your business if you have not received telephone calls or messages.
