Can not give NO stars or this would have been the rating. I am still waiting for the original will being held by them four months after requesting it, can not apply for probate without it. Keep leaving messages and no phone call returned. Do not use when you need to retrieve documents you can not get them. Hopefully this will shame them into action and I will not have to take the matter any further. Shameful that you do not response to people that are already distressed after losing a loved one.
