Debbie Hackett is the loveliest lady I have ever dealt with. Having struggled with the worries of claims and questioning what to do she was always at the end of the phone to ease my mind. I personally would avoid this company. Paying £150 an hour for a trainee solicitor is not right.

Also paying into my account £500 for a barrister to look at my case to go to court and then months later to be told that the money had been spent on emails to myself about sorting the barrister out. Then to be told that it wasn't needed in another trainee solicitors opinion. Then asked to pay another £500 for a barrister to look at the case. Achieved nothing in over 1.5 years and wasted my money on bad advice. They then have the audacity to try and charge me £200 for a form to be posted for me. I'll post it myself thanks.

No integrity within the company and weeks to reply to any emails if they replied at all.

Wait over a year and a half very slow service i had to keep on chasing it up in no hurry finally getting money after been very persistent not happy with the service avoid if possible

Case was not prepared well at all which the judge mentioned even though it was with the solicitors for 8 years to prepare, very poor communication.
