I used the Native Teams services to charge an invoice.
The whole process went smooth and the transfers were arranged very quickly and with low provision.
During the whole period the support staff was available for chat support.
I really recommend using Native Teams, as professional company and great value for money.

I chose Native Teams because of the monthly fee instead of a % of the income, and it's working great so far. The customer service has been really helpful answering my questions and getting back to me fast. The only downside is that they do not let you know once the client has paid the money but it still has to arrive in the wallet, now I have to ask my client if they send it which I think is a bit of a hassle. It also takes 3 business days to withdrawal money from the wallet to your bank account which is quite long. Other services do this within 1 business day, so I really hope this will be improved.

I have been working with my client for the past six months, managing his website. He has sent payments via PayPal multiple times. However, this month, my PayPal account isn’t working, so I decided to use Native Teams for the payment.

I sent a payment request for $800 to my client through Native Teams. The payment was received in my Native Teams wallet. When I requested a withdrawal, Native Teams suddenly canceled my request. I followed up via email, and the Native Teams support team asked me to provide details such as my website and business registration certificate, which I sent.

Later, I was informed that the payment could not be withdrawn because my account was linked to pharmaceuticals. I don’t understand why this is an issue since I am not involved with pharmaceuticals. After ten days, I received an email stating that my payment was refunded to the sender. I checked with my client, who confirmed that he did not receive the payment.

It appears that Native Teams is a scam. I would advise against trusting them. don't trust any more this totally fake and scam

Worst service provider EVER. If you are in South Africa, DO NOT use this service. My account manager is so unreliable, I always have ask about my salary and payslip. Every month I am sitting wondering if I will get paid this month. I AM SO TIRED.

Update: they kept their promise and the website is fast now!! promising company 🙂 I have been using Native Teams for a few months.
Special thanks to Lara, CS agent who relentlessly answer my inquires! As a remoter, I chose Native Teams for employment benefits, invoicing, payroll and tax management. All is good for now. However, their website is super slow..

I don't know why there would be any positive reviews. I'm in the same boat as the last three negative reviews. Customer Support via “Live” chat and email is actually nonexistent, as they will only answer one question if you are lucky, every 24 hours. Getting paid? Great. Good luck getting it out of your wallet for the next 2 weeks.

The entire Native Teams Team has definitely stepped up and educated me on the processes on how everything works regarding Invoices, Payments, and Payroll. Over the last month, the support has been excellent (Although sometimes you need to wait for a few hours, but now that I know how things work and that the Native Teams Team is continuously working, it doesn't bother me.) - The first payroll has just happened, and I've gotten everything I signed up for. I definitely recommend this tool. If you have any concerns, reach out to their staff first as they will help out!
