Try and log in to there portal to send documents is harder than winning the lottery it simply does not exist it's ridiculously hard to find the address client portal is the only one and you can't log in to this sort it out nvs in this day and age one for clients one for customers it ain't hard

I have followed the guidelines just to be told otherwise. This has happened on 3 occasion for one job. They want every detail of your life with unrealistic requests.

The government will ask for less information then this company.
