There is alot of information boards here! The building itself is historic with lovely wooden floorboards. There is a small guide leaflet (which you leave a small donation for). Great pub down the road. Plenty of street parking just outside. Would recommend a visit if you are interested in the architecture and local info.

Really interesting little NT place - very different from most of their stately homes! Expect to spend <1hr, but still worth visiting if you're nearby or interested in the history. Cute village too!

National Trust The old Courthouse in Long Crendon nr Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. Fascinating old building open to the public. Climb a short number of steep stairs to the first floor area where all the history of this fascinating building is there you to discover described on board displayed around the single rpm of the upper floor. Long Crendon is a lovely large village which was chosen by the BBC as the Coronation village for Queen Elizabeth 2 coronation in 1953.

Lovely little museum
Very steep stairs to go in and out. Impossible for physically disabled.
