I called them twice. On both occasions, staff members—a female the first time and a male the second—told me to email if I needed anything. During the second call, the male staff member interrupted me before I could even explain my request, and said he would transfer the call. The phone rang, but no one answered.

I tried calling a third time, but no one picked up. It felt like they recognized the number and deliberately ignored the call. This kind of behavior is extremely disappointing. There was no professionalism or basic courtesy shown. Their staff clearly need training on how to communicate respectfully and handle customer inquiries properly.

If you want to work and get paid then don’t come here. After several phone calls and emails, I still have not been paid for services I provided 2 months ago. Their popular sentence is “You will get paid on Friday” and then that didn’t happen they would say the same thing again and so on, absolutely unprofessional.

Seeking legal advice and make a claim to an employment tribunal might be the way out for me.

They booked me only once on 14/06 and asked me to send invoice which I did but still no payment. Tried to contact them on whatsapp because they were messaging me a lot in there when they booked me but no answer even if message was seen. I found their phone number and the operator told me their CEO is abroad and that is why I wasn’t paid as if this is an excuse. Apparently I should wait till next Friday to see if they pay at all after 2 months. Not a great company to work if you have to chase your payments

As a translator this company is a disgrace
They have assigned a translation, promised to pay within 14 days, they never paid, 6 weeks later they requested me to cover another assignment, i mentioned they'd not paid me before so i wouldn't accept, they immediately paid me because they NEEDED me, and again they refused to pay the second assignment, and now 8 weeks later they are asking me to carry out another assignment, i explain they have not paid and ignored all my messages emails and requests for payment, they promised to pay on Friday if i would accept, they didn't pay on Friday and today Tuesday asking me to carry out the assignment
Do not trust these people they do not pay

Needed some documents and audio translated and picked UKLST because I’ve heard good things about em. Their customer service was exceptional. Was surprised to see that the owner personally reached out to me after business hours to make sure everything was done smoothly. Nice!
