Extremely efficient, quick and kind service. Megan Baker was great at her job!

I was here yesterday for submitting my fingerprints for a RCMP background check required by my employer. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! Megan helped me understand the process quickly and was instrumental is quick closure. All required documents and receipts were promptly emailed to me.

Location is convenient too - right outside the College TTC subway station's exit.

I have been here on two occasions to get fingerprints for my police clearance certificates. On both occasions, I was assisted by Qeunyaii and she was super helpful, friendly and patient. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs to get their fingerprints done. It’s also located at a convenient location (Yonge and Carlton, close to College TTC station) and the process of getting the fingerprints done was easy and seamless. Thank you for all your help, Qeunyaii!

I went there for the FBI Ink Fingerprint service. The lady was welcoming, but the fingerprint service was not done professionally at all after they took my money upfront, and got rejected by the FBI. This feels like a scam. The ink is on a small counter against a wall and she took my fingerprints very quickly, still had my coat on. This set up is uncomfortable for taking rolled fingerprints, as you can’t really adjust your position. When she was done with the first hand and started to take the left hand, the first fingerprint was missed because this angle was difficult. She threw away the card to start over, but from that point she proceeded to take just flat fingerprints instead of the rolled ones, even though rolled fingerprints are required by the FBI. It was like she didn’t bother spending time to do it properly, even though this was the service I paid for. I felt very confused but I didn’t say anything since I was supposed to be handled by a professional and still had a bit of trust. I wish I spoke up. When done, she gave a quick look, said it was all good and offered me to wipe my hands. Baby wipes were empty. I left very skeptical and now I feel so stupid for not having spoke up, it was not better than doing flat fingerprints myself with some ink. Without surprise it was rejected.

It was not my first time doing fingerprints for FBI and I definitely knew better. My previous certified technician for fingerprinting in France let me seat at a real desk, and had a technique where she would "wrap around my fingers" and I would just have my hands stay still. She used a magnifying glass to check each fingerprint and if one was at risk to not meet FBI standard, she had a special paper to recover the cell and to do it again without having to throw away the entire card. 2 cards were also included in the price, just in case. FBI accepted it in less than 10 days. This is what paying a qualified professional with technique skills and proper materials looks like. I feel so stupid now, I should have read the reviews before, apparently I am not the only one who had rejected fingerprints with them. I read that they offer to retake fingerprints for « free » to some people but being offered to go back there for the same unprofessional service that won’t work anyway doesn’t make it more acceptable. This is a lot of money, and each card sent is another FBI fees + postal cost + time wasted. This is not something we want to do hundreds of times for fun, especially when we also have administrative deadline for document like this. I’m sorry, but you should not offer a service that you are not qualified for. I definitely not recommend this agency for the FBI Ink Fingerprints service, I feel so scammed.
