Called in the morning on the 23/08/2018 waiting on a call back that day... Got nothing at all. Called again today 24/08/2018 in the morning and yet again no call back on this day wasting my time... Needed this sorted by 28/08/2018 but thanks too these time waster's doesn't seem like that will happen now affecting me..... as my ex has stopped contact with my son for 0 reason.

EDITED: Have now been told by them on the phone they do not do "Legal Aid" also when I was told by a mediator that they do... complete and utter time wasters
