Slow and delayed paperwork via Sian with a purchase taking over 6 months. I wish I hadn't used these, also Sian filed paperwork late which has meant HMRC have fined me.

No response to emails about this either.

I had made you aware several days ago and was ignored leading to a formal complaint, for a customer having to result to using your complaints process shows lack of clear customer service.

Had the misfortune for our buyer to use Nalders St Austell for a recent property transaction.

Solictor asked the same repetitive questions, as though she wasn't reading our replies. Possibly the workload was too high, or too few resources due to stamp duty increase before 1 April?

She demanded indemnity insurance for several expired issues.When we finally capitulated, after evidence was produced they had expired and were not necessary, said insurances were unavailable to purchase from any insurance provider. What a lot of frustration caused unneccesarily.

I was watching frank emails flying between solictors, like intellectual jousts. It seemed like an attempt to drive up the cost for her services(for which we had to pay extra).

I can only hope Ms Hendry was having a bad day, as after seeing her other reviews on Google, our experience fell short of what was reasonably expected.

On this occasion I can mostly certainly not recommend this organisation.

We used Sian Morley to sell and buy our properties. Although there was a huge delay due to solar panels Sian kept a very impatient and frustrated me informed and up to date with everything. I would highly recommend anyone to instruct her to buy and sell their properties. Sorry for the craziness Sian 😁

We used Sian at Nalders for our house sale and purchase. From the start she was incredibly professional and efficient yet friendly and approachable. Sian made sure we were kept in the loop at every stage of the process and nothing was too much trouble.

I had a very poor experience with Nalders, who I instructed to act on my behalf in a property transaction.

It was very difficult to get hold of the associate and I often had to send multiple emails to get a response, even then the response wouldn’t address the questions I had.

Title restrictions weren’t properly investigated until the last minute (week before exchange) which delayed the sale. Frustratingly, the buyers also pulled out shortly after.

I used a different firm the second time and I was pleasantly surprised at how much more efficient they were.

Please do yourself a favour and use a smaller, local firm, who actually value your business.
